Pal Ghumman, CA, CPA (IL), CMA is a Managing Partner of Ghumman Professional Corporation and widely acknowledged to be one of the leading practitioners in his field.

Pal has over 18-years experience specializing in all aspects of Accounting, Auditing, U.S., and Canadian Tax. Most recently, Pal was Sr. Tax Manager with International Accounting firm and worked directly with owner manager clients in high tech, retail, manufacturing, real estate sectors, and professionals. He is widely recognized for his intimate knowledge in the specific fields including Cross Border Taxation.

After coming as a graduate student from India, Pal received his Certified Management Accountant in 1991 and Chartered Accountant's designation in 1995. He passed American CPA exam in 1999 and is registered licensed practitioner with the state of Illinois. He completed the Canadian Tax Specialist Course in 2000.

Pal has presented and prepared seminars on tax related issues such as Cross Border Taxation, shareholder remuneration, mortgage interest deductibility for groups including the Toronto Home Builders Association. He is a member of the Halton Peel CAs Association and involved with Brampton Civic Hospital. He is also a active member of Indo-Canadian Chamber of Commerce.
